The "Home Town" development team was formed in 1994 by a group
of local business people with a  common interest in building quality
communities.  Their combined talents and experience in finance, land
development, architecture, construction and property management
are unequaled in the area.  Backed by their reputation for honesty and

The Brady family have been builders of quality homes from Lido Key to
Englewood since the late 1940's.  Pam Sullivan, Robert Brady and
Richard Brady were all raised in the business and all plan an
instrumental role on the development team.  Also, as landowners and
developers, The Brady family participated in the development of the
Venice Center PUD, which includes the Venice Health Park and
Waterside Village.  The Brady family is committed to maintaining its
fine reputation, which bridges over four decades and three
generations.

Steve Lattmann, former President of the Ramar Group Companies,
moved to Sarasota in 1969 after graduating from college.  As both an
Architect and Contractor, he has been involved in some of the area's
most prestigious communities , including The Landings and Pelican
Cove in Sarasota, Bird Bay Village and The Plantation Golf & Country
Club in Venice as well as others.  In addition, he achieved the
reputation as being one of the area's leading custom home builders.  
Steve takes an active role in every aspect of the business - from
design concept to customer relations.

Ray Joelson, Roger Beacom and Jim Connelly are the other members
of the development team and have all lived in the Venice area for over
25 years.  In addition to being partners in the Venice Center PUD and
landowners with the Brady family, they are also partners in both the
Waterside Village and St. Andrews developments.  In addition to their
development involvement, they have owned and operated major
construction related manufacturing corporations throughout the State
of Florida.
