THE POOL IS OPEN!

THE NIGHTMARE WITH POOL CONTRACTORS IS OVER AND THE
POOL IS NOW OPEN FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT.  FINAL APPROVAL
WAS GRANTED BY THE STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR THE
POOL AND A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WAS ISSUED BY THE
COUNTY FOR THE CLUBHOUSE.  WE HAVE PLACED THE POOL
FURNITURE AND RESIDENTS ARE BEGINNING TO ENJOY THE
LONG AWAITED FACILITY.  

WE THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR PATIENCE AND
UNDERSTANDING DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME AND NOW IT'S
TIME TO "MAKE A SPLASH"!

SINCE THIS IS A COMMUNITY FACILITY, WE ASK YOUR
COOPERATION IN KEEPING IT CLEAN, NEAT AND ORDERLY.  
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR USE WILL BE POSTED IN THE
CLUBHOUSE AND SHOULD YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE
FEEL FREE TO CALL THE DEVELOPER'S OFFICE AT 497-2353.   A
VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE HAS ALREADY BEEN FORMED AND WILL  
BE ORGANIZING COMMUNITY SOCIAL ACTIVITIES.










SALES UPDATE:

Since our last report, we are pleased to tell you that we have had 3
more sales.  Our sales incentive program is working and though traffic
is slow, interest is good!  Both patio Home Models, The Bristol III and
the Eaton II have been sold completely furnished.  We have also sold
another Cambridge villa.  As a result of selling the Bristol,
we are
moving our Sales Center to 1587 Monarch Drive, The Cambridge
Model as of September 18, 2007
.  Larry is now working on a new
Bristol III Model which will be located at 1582 Monarch Drive.
 If you
have not yet seen them, please visit our
exquisitely furnished models -
the "Cambridge", the "Fairfield". the "Elmwood" and the luxurious
"Greenbriar".  
All models are available for sale fully furnished.   Be
sure to check with the sales staff to learn about our current
incentive program on inventory as well as our "
new" Golf Course
frontage offerings in "Links Preserve"!
 

NOTE:  Currently, we are offering financing starting
at 3.5%  Be sure to check with the Sales Staff for
further details!
       


CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

As the market recovers and new homes and/or condominiums are
sold we will refuel the construction machine
but at the moment there
is no active construction on site
.  In the interim we are planning for
new product such as the single-family as well as Windsor Glen (the
18 acres on the corner of Center Road and Rockley Blvd.).


PLANTATION NEWS:

The Board of PMA (Plantation Management Association) has recently
approve the refurbishing of the entry monuments to The Plantation.  
Steve Lattmann, one of our developers, who has been a part of the
Plantation development  since the beginning has provided PMA with
some design concepts.  Work will begin in the near future on the
South entrance followed by the North entrance.  The refurbishing will
include an upgrading of the physical structure as well as new
landscaping, lighting, etc.  The PMA Board is committed to maintaining
the image of The Plantation consistent with newer communities in the
area.
